Recently, our Principal, Leigh Avuri attended Griffith University Business and Law School Alumni breakfast at RACV Royal Pines Resort. It was a pleasure to meet other Griffith business and law alumni and catch up with Griffith University staff. It is always a nice way to spend breakfast before starting work for the day.

The guest speaker, Martina Sheehan, The Mind Gardener, spoke of the mind and how to pay attention. Apparently, we have 70,000 thoughts every day! Wow – that is a lot of thoughts in our heads. So, apparently, we should not be so hard on ourselves when we day dream.
